1. Acceptance
By using Cella services, including our waitlist or demo request form, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or have legal guardian consent to use this service in accordance with EU law.
3. Use of the Service
• You may reserve and use available WorkPods for personal productivity
• You are responsible for any damage or misuse during your session
• Unauthorized access, tampering with locks or hardware, or abuse of free minutes is strictly
prohibited
4. Payments
• Payment is required before unlocking a WorkPod
• We use Stripe to process payments securely
• Add-ons (e.g. monitor, headphones) are billed as selected in-session
5. Cancellation & Refunds
• Reservations can be cancelled up to 1 minute before the reserved time without penalty
• No refunds for completed sessions unless due to technical failure (contact support)
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or local laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Loss of data, income, or productivity
• Third-party outages (e.g. café WiFi)
• Force majeure events (weather, power cuts, etc.)
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
